*MUST SEE* urban setting pre-shoot

What a great couple to work with! Frank and Nancy told me on our first meeting that they wanted something edgy and different for their wedding. My only reply was "well you came to the right place".
For their pre-shoot ricky, joe video and I went to the city and then off to our secret location for those cool broken building shots. We really pushed their limits when we put them in a building with a funky hallway but visually it worked! Frank also wanted to include some shots with his custom chopper that his brother built, we really had a lot of fun shooting the bike. Hopefully you all like our different, edgy approach to a pre-shoot.

PS. I have to give credit where credit is due, the shot when frank/nancy are looking up, laying on the wooden crates. Ricky actually grabbed the camera for me and got the shot! Thanks buddy.

new addition

hi everyone, what a past few days I have had. If you don't already know my wife gave birth to our second child on Monday!
Tyler Joseph Venturini was born at 9:58 am at saint johns hospital in Yonkers. He weighed in at 7pds 6oz and is 21 inches long. Thank god he has his mothers height. I am uploading some iPhone photos because the hospital doesn't have wifi. Hopefully by wednesday night I will be home and post some better shots. I will be back to work on Friday but please feel free to call or email, geoff or vicky will get back to you. Thanks everyone for your prayers and see you soon.

AnnMarie and Daniel were two great clients to work for! It's so funny cause I feel like we have seen them at every wedding this year. Here is a little piece of their finished product. Geoff really added some nice touches to this video, especially the looks that he went for on the video and the super 8 film. Thanks guys and see you at the next wedding.

anna + mike park montage

I meet Mike and Anna when I was working at news 12 westchester. Mike was a camera operator at the time and Anna was a reporter/producer. I have so many great stories of working with mike and anna. When working with mike we would some how always find a way to get a laugh on major shoots, especially when our main boss arnie was there. (golf incident) LOL...
They had such a great wedding day, great weather and great laughs!

bettina & anthony 11.1.08 wedding day edit

What a day we had on saturday! We shot in so many different areas of NY. We started our day in the bronx/brooklyn, then went to the meat packing district (NYC) and finally ended up in New Jersery at the venetian.
It's so nice when you have a couple like Bettina and Anthony who were very outgoing. They had no problem with us pushing them to try different shots especially in meat packing land where your dress could possibly get a little dirty.
